CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY:
So
that I may provide excellent service to you, I adhere to a strict policy of "No Overbooking". Therefore, once you
have contracted services, I will turn away business in order to
accommodate your schedule.
For
this reason, cancellation
fees are strictly imposed during holiday periods. During holidays
(New Years Eve, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve
& Christmas Day) please provide
12 days notice in order to receive a refund for your reserved
service.

24 hour notice required for refunds |

24 hour notice required for refunds |

Pet Sitting Appt's -
5 day notice required for
refunds; Notice given between 3-4
days will be issued a 50% credit;
Notice given less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund
or credit |

Holiday Pet Sitting- 12 day notice required for
refunds; Notice given between 8-11 days will be issued a 50% credit;
Notice given on or after the 7th day will not be eligible for a
refund or credit |

Clients: In Emergency circumstances
requiring cancellation, without the notice required above, a refund or
credit will be discussed & considered) |
