PAYMENT POLICY:

New & Existing Clients - 100% due on 1st day of scheduled visit unless other payment arrangements are made

Major Holiday Periods - All clients required to pay 50% at time of reservation to hold dates, the remaining balance is due on the 1st day of the scheduled visit

Additional Charges - If unexpected charges were added due to pet's illness, excessive clean-up, errands, etc., all final balances are due within 7 days of final visit

NSF Checks -  A $25 fee will be assessed per incident/deposit attempts

Late Payment - Invoices will be considered late after 7 days; A daily fee of $1.25 will be assessed and should be calculated into your payment

Collections - Unpaid invoices, including outstanding late fees, will be sent to collections after 30 days;  Client will be responsible for all collection fees incurred by pet sitter

 

 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

So that I may provide excellent service to you, I adhere to a strict policy of "No Overbooking". Therefore, once you have contracted services, I will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule.

For this reason, cancellation fees are strictly imposed during holiday periods. During holidays (New Years Eve, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day) please provide 12 days notice in order to receive a refund for your reserved service. 

Early Return - 24 hour notice required for refunds

Dog Walking Appt's - 24 hour notice required for refunds

Pet Sitting Appt's - 5 day notice required for refunds; Notice given between 3-4  days will be issued a 50% credit; Notice given less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund or credit 

Major Holiday Pet Sitting- 12 day notice required for refunds; Notice given between 8-11 days will be issued a 50% credit; Notice given on or after the 7th day will not be eligible for a refund or credit

 

(Current Clients: In Emergency circumstances requiring cancellation, without the notice required above, a refund or credit will be discussed & considered)
