*First and foremost, I will shower your pets with love and attention. Their comfort and well-being is my first priority!

*I will take detailed notes about the care of your pets, special requests and follow your directions.

*Your keys and service contract will be stored separately and securely, and your keys will be marked with no personal identifiers.

*I will maintain and provide proof of current business licenses, liability insurance and a clean background check.

*I run a 100% non-smoking, drug & alcohol free business, and will respect your home as it is my workplace.

*I only access what is needed to provide care for your pets, all other items are off-limits and considered confidential.

*I do my best to monitor and have a plan for inclement weather, boil water notices, power outages and issues that impact your pets and home.
